The height of KURA’s dining experience — an elegant seven-course journey crafted by Head Chef Ken Ibuki (ex-Kisumé), paired with our Prestige sake flight , featuring rare, limited-release bottles sourced from some of Japan’s most revered breweries. Begin with woodfire-roasted edamame and Sydney Rock oysters with shiso-shallot mignonette before moving into premium nigiri including Japanese O-Toro tuna belly and Yarra Valley Ikura. Continue with soy-butter poached Hokkaido scallops, woodfire-roasted Fremantle octopus with barley miso romesco, and our signature MB7+ Stockyard Wagyu Scotch Fillet with sansho peppercorn sauce. Miso soup and a refined shared dessert complete the experience. 1. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law. 2. Gift cards are redeemable for dine-in only at KURA Robata & Sake (Brunswick East). Not valid for online orders or third-party delivery platforms. 3. Gift cards must be presented at the time of payment. Digital gift cards must clearly display the unique code. 4. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No change will be given for unused balances. 5. Any unused balance will remain on the card until the expiry date. 6. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards. 7. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced. Treat the card/code as cash. 8. Gift cards may be used for food, beverages, set menus, and a la carte items. (Unless otherwise specified for special events.) A. Special Events Exclusion Gift cards cannot be redeemed for: Ticketed events Collaboration dinners Special one-off events New Year’s Eve Christmas Day Any event requiring prepayment or a fixed per-person fee (Unless approved by management.) B. Function & Minimum Spend Exclusion Gift cards cannot be used toward minimum spend requirements for functions, group bookings, or private events. They may be used for individual food/drinks purchases outside of minimum spend commitments. C. Credit Card & Surcharge Policy A small surcharge applies to all card transactions made at KURA Robata & Sake, including payments made in conjunction with a gift card. 9. Bookings are recommended. Gift card use is subject to table availability. 10. Experience Packages: If the bill exceeds the gift card value, the balance must be settled at the venue.
